How do I log in?

If you are new to the pop-up shop, log in with your MN Custom Homes email address and the password SPRING2025. Once you log in for the first time you will immediately be prompted to reset your password for security reasons. If you already have created an account, log in as you previously have.

How much do I get to spend?

You were gifted a new $275 gift card to shop with on the store. For any purchases you wish to make over $275 (or your gift card amount), you can check out and pay with a credit card. If you did not spend all of your allotted funds on the previous pop-up, the remaining balance has been added to the new gift card for the Spring pop-up shop. The gift cards are set up to auto apply during check out.

How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up swag shop is open Monday, April 21st to Wednesday, April 30th, at 5:00PM PST. If you do not place your order by this date you will not be able to place an order for merchandise.

What happens after I place my order?

We will be collecting all orders before placing a bulk order with the factory. Once the website closes, we will collect all the data, produce the items, and deliver your order to the corporate office.

When will I get my order?

Your orders will be delivered to your corporate office by Wednesday, May 21st.

Why isn’t there a shipping option?

All orders will be fulfilled and delivered to your corporate office for distribution. There is not an option to deliver to another address.

What if I don’t know my size?

Please reference the size charts for each item located on the product page. If you’d prefer to check sizing in person, your corporate office in Bellevue will have some sample sizing available for you.

Are these my only apparel options?

For this Spring ordering season, these are the options selected by your company. We will have new options available when we have our next pop-up shop.

What if I order apparel and it does not fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no all sales are final. These items are made to order so please check the sizing guide for all apparel items before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Email MNEmployeeStore@imagesourceteam.com to determine if you can change your order. Items will be ordered from the factory in the exact quantities ordered from the pop-up shop. Depending on where the items are in production will determine if you are able to make any changes to your order or not.
